Our postcards safely reach the farthest corners of the world!

All orders to Poland are sent via priority service of the Polish Post or via Paczkomaty InPost.

Orders to countries other than Poland are shipped via Polish Post (priority service registered packages).

Most of our orders within Europe are delivered in 7 - 14 days and it takes 14-30 days to deliver them to other continents. If the package is not delivered, we can register a claim at Polish Post 6 weeks after the sending date.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight, size, value (insurance) of the package, and destination country/region.

The table below illustrates which countries are available for each shipping provider.

If the package has not been delivered within 1 month for orders to Poland and within 2 months for orders outside of Poland, please contact us immediately. Complaints at the postal service can be filed only up to 6 months from the date of shipping. Beyond this date we are unable to process any complains.
